Mixed Berries: We used frozen with no sugar added but we perfer fresh if they arein season
Banana: only about 3 inches of a ripe banana if its still green it wont add the sweetness.
Greek Yogurt: I put aprox. 2 Tablespoons. We like Greek Yogurt for the texture and it has twice the protien and our little guy will not eat meat.
Kashi honey toasted oat ceral: just about 12-15 pieces. We like all the vitamins and it adds a little more sweetness.
Whole Milk: Just enough to thin it out the the consistance you want.
This made just over 8oz.
Blend in blender until smooth. We cut a larger hole in one of Skyler's cups and this became his Smoothie cup
